Will first worked with Cyphers in 2014, acting in the company's first ever production, Henry V. He has been the Associate Artistic Director since 2017. For Cyphers, he co-created The Three Musketeers and was Associate Director for Northanger Abbey.

 

 He is currently Associate Director on the UK Tour of Tell Me on a Sunday. He was previously Resident Director on the World Tour of The Lincoln Centre's Tony and Olivier Award winning production of The King and I (2019-2020) and Assistant Director on the original West End production of Kander and Ebb's Curtains (2019-2020).

 

Will trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts after graduating from King's College London where he studied English.
